Why do I need to collect this information?

I collect your name, date of birth, email and phone number, so that you can receive your treatment reminders and further booking information.

With the reminders you will get a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

The information will not be used to send you email or text marketing.

Due to my location, I can typically only provide treatments for over 18’s. If you wish to bring anyone younger or want to enquire if I can provide a treatment for anyone under 18. If so. Parent confirmation is needed for over 16’s and parents must accompany under 16’s.

Myself and others working in the studio are happy to help where we can, but we do not accept verbal abuse or disrespect towards us. If this occurs i will terminate your treatment with immediate effect and not allow you to book in future.
